Job Description

Required Qualifications

教育或相关专业硕士学位. 3-5 years of relevant experience required. 了解学生学术支持项目的发展趋势和最佳实践, faculty, and staff, in higher education required. 有能力在多个团体之间建立关系，以确定所需的学术和专业发展需求.

Essential Functions

• 负责为我校全体师生提供学术支持服务.

• Directs, plans, 并监督学习资源中心的服务计划，包括项目和物理设施的各个方面.
• 监督教学支持领域，包括教师和学生使用学院学习管理系统(Canvas)的培训, 协调教师课程开发和专业开发软件程序许可, 以及对在线课程审核过程的监督.

• Directs, plans, and oversees tutoring, tutoring services, 以及JWCC的机构辅导计划.

• Ensures faculty, staff, and student knowledge of learning resource professional development services; directs learning resource center staff in the modification of services based on the needs of the college.

Work Schedule
